Return and Refund Policy

Returns
We accept returns of unused and unopened products within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be in the same condition you received them, unused, and in their original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

Returns must be authorized before being sent back. To request a return, contact us at support@n2ofilters.com. Items sent back without authorization will not be accepted.

Restocking Fee
All approved returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund. This fee applies to all returns unless otherwise required by law.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or card provider to post the refund.

Shipping charges are non-refundable. If your order included a free shipping promotion, our actual shipping costs will be deducted from your refund in addition to the restocking fee.

Packaging Requirements
Returned items must be safely packaged to prevent damage in transit. Whenever possible, please reuse the original packaging and packing materials. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We strongly recommend purchasing shipping insurance and tracking to protect your return.

Exchanges
We only replace items if defective or damaged upon delivery. If you need to exchange an item, email us at support@n2ofilters.com.

Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Opened or used products
  • Gift cards
  • Digital downloads
  • Items returned after 30 days
  • Items not in original sealed and unopened condition

Damaged, Lost, or Missing Orders
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos.
If your package is marked as delivered but not received, you must contact the carrier directly to file a claim.

Abuse of Return Policy
To ensure fairness for all customers, we reserve the right to deny returns in cases of suspected abuse (e.g., ordering multiples for trial with intent to return most items).
